This show of candles in England was a Mutual Admiration Society at play.  Harry loves Elton & David, and Shawn loves Fame.  It spilled over into Saturday.  Harry inhales those candles A LOT, what's really in them?  He should make them Edible. 

The shows are SO dramatic as if they'd cured a terminal disease.  It's better than cartoons!

I like the artwork on the cardboard boxes on the set of 3 candles. I would buy it as a small print to tuck in on a bookshelf. Honestly if the big gold label wasn't on the box, I would buy a set just for the box picture.

I am getting the impression we will see more candles from Elton. Perhaps in spring? He has several gardens for inspiration.

I'm a candle lover and have too many.  Also, a couple of years ago. I decided to go with the bees wax variety if possible. 

However, I just couldn't resist these and ordered Ginger Spiced Pudding.  I really like Elton John and love the stories about the scents and his estate.  Yes, the midnight show was completely over the top. But, I didn't watch the entire show ( also, I couldn't watch the one with Elton this morning.)

While Shawn is not among my favorite hosts, she looked wonderful at midnight.  And, her enthusiasm was fun to watch.  

Hope those of us who ordered love our candles.

I admit that if I met Elton John I would be star struck too, but not enough to buy the candles. Obviously people will buy the candles because of the scent, but also because Elton collaborated with Harry. There really isn’t a star that I like that much where I will end up buying it. I don’t mean that in a mean way, just a fact. A friend of my daughters absolutely loves Scarlett Johansson, which isn’t a bad thing. So, of course all of Scarlett’s beauty products she will buy. Everyone is different. They do sound like nice candles though.

I have adored Elton John’s music as far back as I can remember. I would love to hear his stories. I won’t watch any of Shawn’s shows although she at one time was my favorite host. I personally find her to no longer be genuine as she was in the beginning. In her early years she was funny and authentic. I taped the show so I can only watch the Elton’s stories. I don’t believe a Q host was needed at all. I like Harry and he could have done the show without assistance without a sales rep. I think Mary D would have been the only host I would have enjoyed. I don’t need any more candles- bought 4 of Harry’s last weekend.

Question:  do the Slatkin reed diffuser scents have any 'throw' to them?  I tried a different brand of reed diffusers years ago but they had no fragrance unless I was very close to the reeds.
