Echelon App doesn’t work on all iPads

I have an older iPad 3 and a newer iPad 4 Mini. On my mini iPad 4 the app will work due to the iOS is a newer version update. My older iPad 3 iOS does not work with this app. I just wanted to let you know that on an iPad it must be newer than the 10.3.3 to work.

Just wanted to know “the App is ok” it is just an older iOS of Apple that won’t work.

I have both an Android and iPhone (no tablet) and I thought I might have had an older iOS but I was able to download the app to my phone.  I heard Kirstin say you could play this on your TV so now I have to figure out how to do that!
