I have had great luck with the fit and quality of any of the Earth brand shoes I've purchased from QVC.  They are among my favorites when it comes to comfort and fit.

 

But I did not care for this clog at all.  To me they do look like a bedroom slipper.  I have never liked a clog shoe with that faux fur sticking out. 

 

I do not believe Sally ever made any comment about Earth Origins being a lesser brand using less quality leather, etc.  She would be shooting herself in the foot by making such a statement.

 

I've had no problem with the Earth Origins I own.

Shipping rant.  I ordered two pairs (grey and navy).  The navy finally shipped 6 days later.  The grey 7 days later.  If shipping had been free I probably wouldn't be so irritated but it wasn't.  I contacted QVC customer service via email to complain and received a generic "thank you for letting us know we will pass along your concerns" response.  Has anyone else noticed how S-L-O-W shipping has gotten?
