Purchased the Keurig TSV and heard, during the presentation, that I would receive a $10 e-gift card once the item was shipped. David said "be sure and look for the email with the gift card right after the Keurig is shipped". I have had the Keurig now for 2 days and have not seen the email with the gift card. I contacted customer service and was told it takes 6-8 weeks which is a little different from "right after the item is shipped". Anyone else experience this delay?

@GinaBo I am waiting on mine also. Didn't hear the "weeks" part.

I purchased the LeCreuset TSV and they said it would take 6 to 8 weeks after you purchased it to receive your gift card email.  Since we have until January 31st to return items, it will probably be after that date.

You should receive it in 6-8 weeks.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news but I went through this with a $30 one when I bought a Dooney TSV several years ago.  It was well over the 8 weeks and when I called I had to work for it.  CS was horrible on more than one occasion. Had the same experience with corporate that's when I lost it.  I swore right then and there I would never get sucked in by one of those promos ever again.  The Q was acting like they were doing me a favor by sending what I was owed,

I wasn't a part of this but did hear many hosts repeat ...watch for your e-gift card right after your item ships....they could have been more honest about it ...telling us it is a 6 to 8 week wait...not right after your item ships...

I would have been fine with 6-8 weeks had they mentioned it but I did not hear it with the Keurig (which I bought) or the Le Creuset (which I did not). It just bothers me that the information was misleading. Why not just be up front about the timeframe?

From what I've seen here on the boards, it typically takes 6 - 8 weeks for any e cards.  David must have assumed they went right out.  I'm guessing the q waits until the return period is over.  It would probably be a nightmare to manage if they emailed a ton out and a bunch of people returned the item.  It probably still happens, but at a smaller scale.

They could just do what Kohl's does - if someone uses Kohl's cash and then returns what was purchased to earn the Kohl's cash, then the amount of the Kohl's cash is deducted from the refund - pretty easy to track. Again, had the 6-8 weeks been mentioned, I would not be posting. Just trying to let QVC know that we expect transparency - not really too much to ask.

At least the customer rep. acknowledged there was one w/the LC purchase. The first QVC rep. said there was not one when I called concerning this matter; then, I read your post and called back.  The 2nd rep. clarified 6-8 wks. to receive the promo like you stated.

The QVC host said the consumer would receive an email with the gift promo code for redemption when the item was shipped which leads to confusion. The gift card promo should be listed on the order print out to lessen the confusion. Futhermore,  QVC system knows if you use your QVC card to order the item.
