I recently ordered the TSV Dyson Vacuum.  I was suppose to receive the order on Thursday 6/20.  There is no tracking on the file and customer service just said they put in a investigation.  This is the 2nd time I ordered Dyson, and no product.  What can I do to get my vacuum.?

@mathissimple   That date you were given is an ETA, an estimated date of arrival.  Items like vacuums are shipped by the vendor so QVC doesn't have much info in the status.  You could make an irate call to Dyson CS or you can wait.
