Dr. Dense TSV 2/10 - hope this replaces my A/D Your Wrinkle Answer 5 piece set (why no longer available?)

Recently I checked on my A/D Dr. Denese Your Wrinkle Answer 5 piece set. First CS stated on the phone that it would ship immediately, then I got an email saying it was back ordered, then I got an email saying it was no longer available. I was also told by CS if you change your AD twice in a row that QVC automatically cancels it. The only reason I changed it was because the Q sent product that was already opened once and replaced it and I didn't use it quickly enough so changed my schedule - I did not cancel the order - ONLY the shipment. What's going on? I hope this TSV replaces the kit at a reasonable price. It was the only one with the facial pads. So I guess A/D no longer really means - for as long as you stay in the program. I don't mind substitutions of newer products when appropriate, but not cancellations of orders that I signed up for A/D.
