I agree with previous poster.  I have one, and it drives me crazy.  And dealing with customer service people who can't speak English is beyond aggravating.

I hope before November...that is when my current TSV Tracfone term of service runs out.  I think it will be cheaper to get a new phone than refill one I have.  First smart phone I had and I love it.  Definitely paid for itself in coupons, etc.

I don't know, but you just missed HSN's TS a few days ago.  They introduced the world launch of Tracfone's 4G phone.  My family has one of the newest Tracfone's from last year.  We have saved a BOATLOAD of money...over $125 per month on average just for me and my husband.  I haven't even calculated in our teenage boys.  We have had the occasional problem of getting someone that doesn't speak good English, but overall we have had great customer service.  We recently had a minor problem with my husband's phone.  We called the corporate number, and someone there helped us immediately...solved the problem so quickly.  We have no problem getting online at all.  It is sometimes a little slow, so we did purchase the new 4G phones.  I'm interested to see the difference!  I talked with a friend of mine recently who still owns a 3G phone and pays WAY MORE than we do for their service.  She couldn't believe it.  My husband uses his phone for business as well...no problems with service!!
