Do Logo Clothes Generally Run Smaller Than Other QVC Brands?

I was thinking of buying the Logo TSV and was debating whether to get an XL or 1X since I am in between sizes.

 

So I was looking at the Specific Garment Measurements chart. I discovered there are no real differences between some of the measurements where, I think, it actually counts.

 

Measurements uch as the Chest circumfrance 1" below armhole: Both are 45; Waist Circumfrance 44.25 & 44 (44 being the 1x, believe it or not); Low Hip Circumfrance: 58.5 & 59.

 

What's a girl to do? The 2x seems too large and I really don't want to order both the XL & the 1x because of return shipping.
