Do I need the TSV

Is this really a good buy? Not sure if Its worth the high dollar for 2 oz of products. May just buy 1 oz and get free shipping off of his website. Help please! Your thoughts?

I was speaking of the PTR tsv. I passed on it and will purchase on his website with free shipping and a coupon. Paula's Choice retional is soooo tempting me though.
