Re: Denim and Co. TSV - July 15, 2024

I have a couple pairs of duo Stretch pants and I like them but  I don't wear them right now, it's a bit to warm. It's a pass for me but enjoy your purchase for those buying. I see a couple of ladies calling into the presentation tonight buying  4 or 5 pairs so it looks like they are selling well.

I generally like D&C pants but these are a pass for me.  I checked the garment measurements and the hips and thighs would be skin tight on my figure type (pear).  I'm not wearing skin tight pants that pull across the crotch.  Going up a size won't help because then the waist will be too big.  These will be great for those with narrow hips and thighs.

I do like the D&C active French terry straight leg pants, so I will wait until they come in.

ETA:  the upsell tunics are not my cup of tea at all.  Saved money today!

I have a couple of D&C jeans and occasionally wear them but these look like mom pull up pants to me.  I think they really date Courtney & are not her style at all.  Pass.

Can't tell for sure, but the fabric on these looks like Alfred Dunner polyester.  No thanks.

28 inch inseam on the petite is too long for me.

I've stopped buying D&C since getting too many poor quality items that don't wear well. I have D&C from 10 years ago that are still holding up strong but since the fabric has changed to a more flimsy fabrication, they end up being worn out in a season or two. Too expensive for me to get only a few months use out of them.

Can anyone who has tried duo-stretch tell me if the material attracts lint? I'm tempted to order the black but don't want to just turn around and return them if they pick up lint. TIA :-)

these look very ill-fitting.  the seam coming down the leg is awful.  just unflattering to say the least. the bootcut is a huge turnoff for me.

can u tell i am passing on this TSV.

you can find a nicer style & better fit at TJMaxx for under $20.  these are overpriced.

Oh my goodness! The dark mocha ones look horrible on the larger model (Dena?) this morning, they seem to be very thin and she has lumps and bumps like I do that the fabric is not hiding. Don't care for the pocket placement. I actually use pockets and putting any bulk on my thunder thighs area just wouldn't do.

I like the light boot leg feature. I have big feet and the slight flare looks best on me. I think these would look best on all those who don't have anything to hide! They looked great on Courtney. If I were still working, I'd consider getting a couple pairs and wearing with longer jackets. I think the price is good. A caller said she bought 5 pairs, I can see that; they seem to be getting close to sellouts across the board.

Loathe boot cut of  any kind.  Slightly cut or baby cut.  Those names they come up with.  I have all kinds of jeans under the sun, except for you guessed it. Boot cut.
