Purchased two Dell laptops, mother boards went bad twice. Dell wouldn't repair under warranty even though it's well documented all over the Web about defective mother boards.

I now have a worthless laptop unless I pay hundreds of dollars to fix it.

QVC should stop selling their products if they truly care about their customers.
