I think they are nice,BUT there was an almost 30 minute presentation last evening.

These presentations atr TOO long and discourage me from buying.

I bought the mugs, i bought a set last year of the tall ones ,they are quite good.

When you lose some one you L~O~V~E, that Memory of them, becomes a TREASURE.

I didn't watch for 30 minutes,but when ever I'd go back to th Q (channel surfing) there they were.

PS: I really haven't ordred from the Q for s long time. It is very sad to read about the probs many are having.

I ordered the water bottles and got the mugs last year.

I watched a little of the presentations and moved on. All tsv are over presented.

A little dissappointing that the handles for the tumblers are almost just the price of the tumblers I have medical issues..... to use the tumbler without the handle is a no go for me....so no sale QVC

I received the the mugs yesterday and tried one this morning with my coffee and it didn't keep it warm any longer than my ceramic mug. What a waste of money.

Wow, that's disappointing on the mugs. Mine are on order and it's too late for me to cancel it. I was going to give them as gifts. I may still do that since I'll lose too much money by returning.
