@lucky-girl

ok, i googled for you.

Baby back ribs are more tender and leaner than spare ribs, and are typically more expensive

Corky’s are usually St. Louis ribs.

@lucky-girl  I had the same question. I'm glad I read the fine print to find out these are Pork Spare Ribs and not Pork Baby Back Ribs. There's a huge difference in taste, fat content, tenderness and weight between the two. I'll only eat Baby Back Ribs.

Idk what's all the fuss about Corkeys. I've had their products and honestly, I can cook better ribs at home at a better price.  I once bought their riblets and my husband, who'll eat anything, didn't even like them. I ended up throwing them away. Expensive lesson learned.
