I found that if you dont wipe out when hot after awhile food does stick. I am not buying, I have one  copper chef pan that is so so and thats it.

@thyme Patty, I bought a set of Ming Tsai 11" square skillets from HSN a few months ago.  It was a Grill/Griddle set for $49.95, they are far superior to the CC pan which I own as well.  Ming makes a great product!

Neither.  I have the Green Pan induction burner which I LOVE.  1800 watts!!!  Google it.
