@homedecor1 I have found when flameless candles start to flicker, it mean the batteries are almost dead.
I purchased a battery tester from Walmart several months ago for less then $5 and it was one of the best things I purchased for all the batteries I am changing. I have about 10-15 luminaras throughout the house, and now I'm able to test the batteries before I put them in and also as I'm removing them just to make sure it's both batteries that need to be replaced. I also don't use the timer so I save some of the battery life by using the remote to turn them on and off for when I'm home.
I put a date on some of them when I'm putting them in so now I can see how long they are lasting for each brand that I've used..amazon, best buy, everready and duracell. Needless to say, the duracells last the longest.
