Re: Calista TSV - January 18, 2025

I never understand why if one is so great and does everything, why are there multiple variations of them?

I like watching her but I agree with others, that her own hair is nothing special and always looks kind of flat.

This Christmas I splurged. I bought the AirWrap and I love it. My hair has curls or waves for days. I’m good for a long long time .

I love my Calista Perfectors I've purchased through the years and haven't found anything I liked better. Don't need any other tools right now but, when the ones I have now end their lives, I'll consider repurchasing from this line. I was really interested in some of her styling products but the reviews aren't very good. I know everyone's hair is so different but I have too many products that didn't do as promised so hesitate to purchase. I do wish she'd do some presentations from wet hair to finish, not already styled hair. A sampler pack would be nice so I don't have to get full-sized products and not be able to use them. Her tools have never hurt my hair, the perfectors have plastic barrels, although this model doesn't seem to.

Everything I've ever purchased from this brand has been disappointing. I'm confident this product would be equally disappointing. I'm passing on this TSV.

If this tool is so great, why does her hair look bad. For a hair stylist, it is not good advertising .

I agree.  When I saw her last night I thought of her hair doesn't look good.  BUT then I realized she has VERY thin hair and maybe that's as good as it can look.  At least she is honest in not wearing extensions or wigs I guess.

Easy pass more me. All these things never work for my hair, I end up spending more time than ever. I'll stick with my Babybliss and a brush and a 1980s style curling iron for my curls. LOL

I don't think Maria's hair ever looks good, not does the hair on her victims clients.
