I'm still waiting for my replacement Blendjet that was recalled last year. Was supposed to arrive in June, now they're delayed because of a supply chain issue and don't know when they will arrive. At this point just refund my money!
I got my replacement for the recall...you only get the base...chances are it won't match the top..recently at Costco I saw a set of two for the same price as this TSV...,!
Hm, I was thinking I might like a BlendJet, but when watching the demo, one of them didn't work, when attempting to chop some nuts. They just moved on to the next one, with no failure comment.
I know these things can happen, with live presentations, but it left me wondering about how well they function. Looks like nuts might not be a good idea.
There was a recall on the blendjet I bought two years ago. Nobody honored it. QVC told me to contact Blendjet. I did. Then I had to fill out a form. I could not move forward on the form because the color I had was exclusive to QVC. Needless to say, I never got my new one for my daughter to replace hers.. So if something happens, your out of luck..
I purchased the one offered last year. It jams easily. Trying to make a kale smoothie ,for example. I certainly also seems to jam getting the smaller pieces stuck in the blades, like ice cubes. One can only partially fill it so it so can't put too much in it at a time. It seems to require a frequent charge.Sits on my counter unused. Not useful for me.
