I reported it earlier. Guess the mods are not working right now.

Thanks for reporting. I don't like to see fighting here. This should be a fun place about shopping, not politics. We can disagree about an item for sale, but it's not really fighting.

I’m glad I missed it too. This should be a fun chat for us all. Hopefully with very little disagreement. 😂 Glad it was removed.

I have been thinking about getting this for my brother.  However I think that I have changed my mind now.  My son thought that something like this might be a hard gift unless I knew for sure if he would like it.

Well I appreciated the deleted post.  It helped me decide not to buy

Looks like it would be easy to use. I do not want a full size grill . I want something that I can easily cover and store in the garage if I should choose.

I am wondering  if I should add on the warranty. ?  Thoughts?

Re: Blackstone Grill On The Go 10/13/24

DH has this grill/griddle.  Didn't get the cover and tools, but also got it for $79 at a Lowes Black Friday sale last year.  He later got a spatula.  I'd like to have one of those smashers for bacon, but I prefer my burgers thick and juicy.  BTW, he loves it.

He's also discovered the side burner I insisted we get when we got a new grill.  We spent a week without power and all we had was the grill to cook on several years ago.  That's why I insisted on the side burner.

@Jannygaz I did not see the post, but if you are basing your buying decision on the CEO of Blackstone, make sure you've got the correct CEO.  Blackstone is a private equity group.  Blackstone Products is the maker of the griddle.  Different company, different CEO.

Some people probably decided to buy the grill based on the deleted post.

Good catch Ice Goddess.   It appears that it's the other Blackstone

In the meantime, I did some other shopping on the Q, so I may skip buying just because of my budget.  But I have a few hours to think about it

Thanks

Good grief...no one makes me decide who to cast a vote for...
