@DJs mom, I agree.  If QVC wanted to be honest, wanted to be fair, they would offer to pay for each and every set to be returned.  They would mail information to each person they have records of buying a set on how to return them for free, for full refunds.  I don't see them ever doing so.  I don't believe they are that honest.  They are about greed.
