Cute dress, but when I saw that Kim couldn't bother to be in the studio for her TSV, changed my mind from ordering.

I do remember this or something very similar a couple months ago. Some of us were saying we'd prefer the shrug to be even across the bottom instead of with "tails".

I don't wear dresses, long dresses or tied shrugs. A no go for me.

That leads me to believe these are leftovers and returns.

I wonder if another TSV was planned and there were problems getting it ready?

Wow. It’s like they aren’t even trying anymore.
Not even a new design or pattern, just throw out the same old thing and see if it sticks.
Sad really.

Even the fb chat is slow lol I think everyone is in shock! Chat is usually fast and furious.
She has some cute tops, why not something much better than a repeat.

The reviews for this dress stated huge armholes, thin material, sizing was off and wrinkled. There were 200- 5 stars: 45- 2 stars and 55 - 1 stars. I think it didn't sell and they are trying to get rid of the inventory. It is a repeat TSV.

@beach-mom That could be. Even if they did have an excess on hand, it seems odd they’d have an exact repeat TSV just a couple of months after the first. Now that you mention it - what with the repeat and Kim not being in studio - it does have a last-minute feel to it.

Repeat TSV (full of returns as other have sai) so much for customer aporeciation. Especially to all this who paid the higher price. So if this QThanks they need to go back to school how to learn basics of showing appreciation. The who event is a big yawn and far from anything special. They are also selling an old big deal less from Belle that was less han 3 months for a lot less then what they charged, so much for qvc honoring their own policies and making customers angry durnng appreciation week. Not that this behavior is out of their norm

Having this dress from when it was presented as the TSV in March the armhole size doesn't bother me, the material is thin but it's a good summertime fabric IMO. Sizing worked fine for me, I'm a petite xs and it fits very well. I wondered if it didn't sell well or they had many returns or there was a problem with the original planned TSV for 6/11 whether fashion or otherwise and since her fashion sells well they had her fill in. That could be why she's not in the studio, it might have been a last minute change from the original planned TSV.

@why again QVC has changed its procing policies. I think now the promise is the lowest price in 3 months. This was a TSV on March 3, so the 3 months have passed, the price is lower.

They must have tons of inventory left over. They wouldn't do a TSV with just returns.

Belle had another TSV on May 25. I don't think I have ever bought any Belle. I saw some things I wanted to buy a while back, but my color and size sold out, and I lost interest.

QVC has speeded up price reductions, but ony for some things. I have seen some items reduced in price 40 days after the initial offer, probably waiting past the 30 day courtesy adjustment period. But some things are never reduced. I have a denim and company topper in my wish list with I think a matching tank that I thought would be nice at a lower price. I put it on my wish list YEARS AGO waiting for the price to do down, and I don't think it has. They were offering it again last week at the old price if not higher. I don't think I am going to buy it.

Most things that are reduced fast in price (non-TSVs), like the 40 day mark, I think are items when the inventory is low that they are not bringing back. Colors and sizes limited in my experience. If I know I want it, I don't wait, because I don't know if I'll be able to find it later.
