They must be overstocked on it big time, and it does sound like there were a lot of returns- Many reviews were pretty bad- Sizing way too big (the Garment measurements look fine now, so maybe they are wrong)? 
Price is good but no thanks!  There was only 1 print that I liked  (the subtle quiet pink and sage), which is sold out in most sizes. All the other louder prints remain. 
I am a Kim fan and own plenty but have found her TSVs are lower quality than her other items.

Same colors, same exact TSV, but less expensive now.

In the TSV midnight hour, Courtney carefully stated about the first time around for this TSV last March, "65,000 orders were placed."  That could very well be interpreted as that was the amount before all the cancellations and returns.

I clearly remember that the color, Sandy Safari was the only color to sell out last time.  None of the other colors even sold out in any size.  I see so far this morning that Sandy Safari looks to be close to selling out again.  

The reviews were very mixed, with a good amount of 1- and 2-star reviews.  

But if it works for you and you love it!

Very sad to bring back a previous TSV that had “mixed reviews” with an average 3.8 stars. Clearly many viewers were not happy with this set ; why bring it back? Maybe just to clear out the warehouse. Very misleading for Kim and the hosts to say it is a beloved set that will look beautiful on everyone. It’s a pass for me!

Bought last year for son’s beach wedding. Easy pass for me. Love Kim but she needs help in the retail arena. I was a buyer for 20 years and there is a lot she could learn. I’m sure she’ll do well with this because there are loyal customers but a pass for me.

none of those prints are remotely cute.  

a repeat?  WHAT???  they are over-stocked with them and need to be rid of them is my thought.  

why not just mark them down instead of a TSV?  

if the original TSV got scrubbed for some reason, then think of something else, not a repeat!

how about a combo of items:  a shoe, a top, a pant & a bag, all cooridinating.   now that would interest me.  even if they are items that are low in stock.  kind of like a 'blue light special' but with multiples!  FUN!!

@hkrgrl   I agree -- just mark the dress down with a great sale promotion, instead of making it a tired TSV again.  The TSV could have been any number of new items from their stand-by brands: D & Co., Isaac, Susan, even a different Belle.

The rayon clothes I've had in the past all required some kind of ironing and were hot, not as bad as polyester, but too hot for our Carolina summer temperatures. I think this looks dowdy. I watched this morning's rerun presentation from last night and got bored very quickly when all the conversation between Kim and Courtney was what island they visit/want to visit. I know they're both very well off but it just seemed they went overboard. I don't know them, of course, but I question whether either of them would wear this when they visit Turks/Caicos, Cancun, or whatever exotic places they go. 

I know this isn't a nice post and I'll apologize in advance; just my opinion on a less than special TSV.

I purchased this in March in black. I took it on vacation in April to Turks and Caicos and received many compliments.mit packed great and was comfortable. 
I am very disappointed that the price has been reduced. I thought that the TSV price was always the lowest.

@Caaareful Shopper   Very odd that she is not in the studio.    Last night on Sandra Bennett's show (sitting in for Shawn) they brought a guy in from England to present a purse that had been marked down to $89.98,  he said they called him on Wednesday to let him know to be here on Monday for one presentation.   I thought to myself wow.    The purse did well, thank goodness, I think several co,ore sold out.

@Teddixat   Good point!  QVC may have scheduled this with less advance notice than usual.  Kim just had her tassle zipper top TSV towards the end of May.  Another one two weeks later is just Belle fatigue!
