@BookplateI've always wondered about that too.  Scuba has been around for awhile, and I've never knowingly had or even felt Scuba fabric, but the descriptions I've heard of it doesn't sound like neoprene. 

The band at the bottom is a huge no for me.  I'm purging my closet of all tops with bands at the bottom.  They do me no favors.

I love striped tops, but not this one. It's too long. I don't like that placket with zipper or the band at the bottom either. I will stick with my striped tees, striped crew neck sweaters, and striped polo collar tops and sweaters.

I used to like some of Kim's items, but lately it seems everything is a tunic, or gaudy prints or color blocking. Just not my taste although I am smart enough to realize that they sell whatever is trending. And sequins? Well, some of the stuff is pretty, but honestly can't justify paying that much for a top or an outfit to wear on New Years Eve and then hang it in the closet. I live in the Midwest and I feel fairly certain wearing sequins to the worlds smallest Kroger would raise eyebrows. 😂

I love, love, love Scuba Luxe! I hope Kim offers more Scuba Luxe tops & bottoms, in petite sizes. I can't get enough of Scuba Luxe! It's so comfortable, easy to care for, and great for travelling.
