I didn't think I'd be interested at all.  

But then I saw the red & pink v-neck paired with the boatneck navy, and fell in love!  This is the very first time shopping on QVC that I've ever liked both versions of any brand's "set of 2" tops.

but they are expensive Modal, she plays that up, while 90% modal garments are available for much less

With tax and shipping they are about $30.00 a top.  Seems like a lot.

I bought that TSV hoodie of hers a while back; the one that got many complaints about pulling and snagging. I'm not inclined to buy another TSV from her.  Additionally, the only color combo I like includes a color that I already have in a Denim & Co top, and I assume mine is better quality than this offering.

Sure, you can find cheaper tops similar to these, at other retailers. Sometimes they are worth it, sometimes not. So many variables- fabric content, the cut, how they fit my particular shape, etc. I happen to like the tsv combo of coral/ombré blue. What's the worst that could happen? If I dont like them in person I'll send them back.

Initially, maybe. But if you're going to get a lot of use from both tops, if they perform as you want them to, then you might feel they were a great value.
