I received mine and am pleasantly surprised!  I am a jeans (or sweats at home) person, but need some basic dressier pants.  As an "apple" shape, I was concerned these would bag out in my thighs or hips, but they fit well!  I ordered both a 14 and 16.  The 14 was a good fit.

 

They do not fit like leggings on me.  lol
