I love the throw. I don't want the teddy bear. I have no one that would want the bear as a gift. I wish the throw was 49 dollars with no stuffed animal.

I'm surprised that the bear was combined with the throw; I agree with what someone mentioned, I would go for the throw at a lower price point or, I think if the extra item was a small pillow or a sham. Those would be of more use to more people. I really like that blue one, so may go for it anyway.

Me too--brown mink! What color did you buy?

{#emotions_dlg.biggrin} I got the leopard first, thinking I can give it to my niece when I fly to Europe again, but then figured I am not planning to go there for another 2 years, so by then I can probably buy her a new bear. So, I edited my order and got the alabaster instead. It's so unique, neutral, and very pretty! Was considering the purple one but when I looked at it again, it was gone, so problem solved Smiley Happy

WOW, that's interesting... On the TSV page the CS Rep answered a question saying:

"The bear is for decorative use only. It has not be tested or rated for use as a toy."

HOWEVER, the hosts suggest giving the bear to kids as a gift!

I ordered the pony throw. The color looks more yellow on the tv, than online. I hope it is more neutral. Does anyone know about this.

The pony is definitely in the warm end of the brown family, as opposed to the alabaster, which is cool browns and could even be used with grays, I think. The pony has creams, tans, and milk chocolate shading. You might consider these to be 'yellow'. I can only repeat that these are warm shades. I think it's gorgeous, but then, my leather furniture is exactly the mid-tan shade in the pony, so it matches beautifully.

Sooner, the brown mink is the most subtle pattern, but in person you can definitely see the stripes of black and dark brown. I don't think it's too much of a pattern, but that would be a matter of opinion, I suppose. As for the texturing, each texture is different but I don't find any of the three that I have to be rough, by any means. That's one of the things that sold me on the set once I received it--everything was so soft!

As for the inclusion of the bear, I don't really need them either, but I doubt I would have purchased without it. For some reason the set of the throw and bear just caught my eye, and I have to say I'm not the least bit disappointed to receive any of the bears. However, had I my druthers, I think I would have also gone for a set of a throw with accent pillows instead of a bear, especially since I ended up buying two sets of the matching pillows anyway!
