I do find it odd that on cyber Monday they have a blanket as a TSV.

Have two from last year @ a Big Deal Price ... use as throws.  I MUST say, their polyester is the softest thing ever.   I wish they wouldn't call it a BLANKET, many will purchase thinking it is one.

IMO this is a throw size not a blanket size. I already have throws I use and like for cold days. I usually buy whatever brands are sold at TJMaxx or Marshall's. Great prices!  Mine are soft and cozy. They're still in good condition so I don't need this TSV.

I was really surprised by the size when I saw it presented last night. 

The colors are pretty but it's so small.

I already bought blankets on lunchtime specials and 4 great ones at Kohls last Dec. that were 14.99 on clearance. I like them big. 

I'm sure they will sell a ton because of the name and people think it's a good deal for Barefoot Dreams.

It's so odd...

On Barefoot Dreams' own website, their throws are 54" x 72". 

But their blankets are 45" x 60".

So at least they're being consistent with how they name them on their website.  Seems they didn't want any confusion.

Still odd, by industry standards.

A thought....BD started by making baby blankets.  Those were understandably 45" x 60" in size.  So when they branched out with other items they wanted to name the larger size differently(??)

I looked back at my order summary to make sure but I have this exact "blanket" from last year.  The length and fabric are the same and it's my absolute favorite blanket in the house.  It's very soft and not at all heavy or scratchy.
