Re: Barefoot Dreams TSV - November 21, 2024

I have to agree this is too small. I can hardly wrap it around my shoulders and I am small. I bought one last year and although the softness is heavenly, it's just too small to use as a shawl and I am 5' 1" and 125 lbs. Across my legs is fine but not big enough for around the shoulders.

Seems nice but too small for me. I don't like throws/blankets that don't cover from my shoulders to feet. No way is this a blanket. I only like 60x80 size throws.

every throw and blanket becomes a dog blanket here. Within minutes. Pixie claims them as soon as they are set out.  😊 so I would be crazy to spend this much although they look so nice

I think you should get it as a Christmas present for Pixie!

(Just kidding.)

Calling this a blanket is a bit misleading. It's a throw. Maybe a baby blanket? lol

beautiful colors and I am sure it feels great...but too small for me especilly for the price;  the smallest are  usually at lest 50x60" so this is five inches less....an easy pass

Re: Barefoot Dreams TSV - November 21, 2024

minority report on the size: I have several large thows (Berkshire, etc) and sometimes they are just too big. I try to get out from under them when in my recliner and nearly have to fight my way out, LOL.

bought two of the TSV's (current and driftwood). sometimes I just need somethin' somethin' over my lap and legs. I plan to put one around my upper body in bed as I can't stop 'petting' these.

BTW: bought a Berkshire 'cable design' electric throw firom the big box store that is tdf. clever design: extra long cord and on the other end (so not fighting with the cord) is a power button that is than up by my face. easy to reach and no cord war. highly recommend.

Re: Barefoot Dreams TSV - November 21, 2024

I bought the one with the stripes earlier this year and it is just the right size and weight for living in FL.  My hubby loves it that it is not overly huge that he does not have to fight to get out from under when he is on the couch or in his chair.  I am not sure how I snagged that one when I did for the price but I ended up buying 2 of these today as they are the exact same size.  They are very soft and wash well.  I have a lot of throws like everyone else but there are times you just need a little something.  AND living in FL tonight and through the weekend we will be in the low 40's for lows and not in the 70's for highs. So yes, we do need our throws Smiley Happy
