As other have mentioned - NYC has great bagel shops.  I have one down on the corner and one around the corner ... made fresh on premises. 

I frequently stop in on the way home from church for a bagel and cream cheese and lox!  

Also - bialys and knishes!

I would like to try these, but what if I don't  like them? What's the return policy on food?  I heard several hosts say to return  the food for a refund.  Is that for real?

If you don't like them, you call CS and they will refund your money.  You do not have to send them back.

@IamDoodles Part of the Q's policy regarding food is if there's any issues you do not have to return, just give them a call & they'll credit you.  

I often think of some of the products offered like shrimp scampi or something similar that I can't imagine what it would be like being returned through the postal system/UPS & the stink/smell/mess.  I personally am glad the Q has this policy for their food products.

I agree with you.  Sad that the person couldn't think of others who might've been grateful to have them.  They're good bagels.

I have had these on AD for two years. Unfortunately because of health concerns I had to cancel. They are delicious.

I thought that was their policy, but I distinctly heard several hosts say to refund the food.  Returning food would indeed be a stinking mess.
