I have a pair of boots with the neoprene panel and find them to be more versatile than my all leather ones. The stretch makes them fit well to wear over bare legs, with leggings or with skinny pants tucked in. Also, I find them not as heavy as my boots with all leather shafts.

I think the QVC price is too high for it to not be much leather. Also the zipper only came up a 1/4 of the way which is a no-go for me.
