They're now calling a two hour show from noon to 2P the Big Bonanza Silve Day???? Oh wait, and then another two hour show from 10P to midnight??????????????????????
They're kidding right?
I KNOW they have TONS of silver pieces in the warehouses, Why oh why could they not have put together and dug deep in the warehouses to pull together a 24-hour Big Bonanza Silver Day?
Just thing how much FUN that could have been seeing some great older pieces we've forgotten about - AND THEM TOO - to put a dent into the warehouses and get rid of some great silver????????????????????????
WOW - from living through, watching oohing and ahhing over gorgeous silver jewelry from MANY years gone by, how insanely SAD is this day they're calling BBSD.
BAD on YOU QVC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

QVC has thousands of items, including jewelry, which will never be aired because the vendor and QVC don't have a contract for air time. They warehouse, sell and ship it but the vendor doesn't want to pay to have it shown on TV.
I've seen silver jewelry I loved but never saw it aired.

@Kachina624 THANK you for providing this explanation!!❤ In all of my years of shopping here, I NEVER thought about the actual reason for all the merchandise online, or the merchant vendor relationship with the excess. I just knew some never made it to air. It makes perfect sense though.😊

I don't believe this for a minute. Why would any vendor gives items to a seller and not show the items. That's ludicrous. QVC does this 24 hour silver jewelry show once a year which means they have 365 days to go through their vaults, check inventory and put a show together.
Funny they used to do this for many years, year after year with no problems at least on the outside with what we see. The shows seemed seamless, very exciting for those of us who love sterling silver.
They used to do this on a 4-hour smaller scale once a month with Jane Treacy called Silver Style - no problems there pulling together 4 hours with lots of silver pieces. Jane loved to do these shows as did we watching and shopping.
Obviously and apparently QVC has chosen to not do these shows anymore. They need to stop taunting us with a mere 4 hours and entitle them anything other than Big Bonanza Silver because it is no longer. The line Jai is definitely no substitute no matter the presentor.
