B Mak TSV measurements ?

I have had soooo many experiences with the q's listed measurements being off . If you enlarge the pic (med size one) and go by the measurements there is no way the given measurements can be correct. The height measures the same as the width at the base. I see no way from the pic it can be 14.5 wide and 11.5 high. Does anyone out there have the bag already that can post correct measurements ?? I would really love to know the correct width at the bottom of the bag, apparently the 14.5 must be the top of the bag stretched out flat ?
