I know everything has gone up so much in price but when I see, you might as well say, $70.00, for a bottle of shampoo and a bottle of conditioner, I just can't wrap my head around it!  Wow -- that seems like a lot!  I used to buy Aveda shampoo and conditioner eons ago -- although not this particular one and of course, I thought it was a bit pricey at the time.  I don't mean to come off as cheap or judgmental in my comments.  Everyone enjoy who buys this.  It's just not in my budget!

Back in the 90’s I used Aveda products , esp Cherry Almond and loved it bc of the scent and how good my hair felt .
I can’t imagine paying that much now for shampoo snd conditioner.
Actually, haven’t thought about the brand in a long time.

I'm sure it's a great product for some folks with easy, normal (🤣) hair. But among first ingredient is a sulfate, so it's stripping the natural oils, and my coarse, very textured, very frizz-prone hair would become a birds nest- 🪺 I have to wash it minimally, once a week, so this would last me 5 years!

It is pricy but I buy Redkin in the same size bottle and it's around $54 now.  They have a sale once or twice a year, buy 2 get one free. I don't use a lot of shampoo because my hair is short so a bottle this size will easily last over a year. So I don't think the price is terrible.
