She used to get paid a fee for advertising the TSVs, but QVC isn't paying it anymore so she has no incentive to list them.  I don't blame her.  That is a lot of work for not getting paid.

Inexcusable? It's business. They're salespeople and can be let go any time, especially if they're not meeting quotas. I'm sure Carolyn, Dan and Shannon made out far better than the others that were let go.

Quotas were beyond met. They were exceptional! And most customers know that.
