Exactly the same issue!  I called on Monday and they said if I didn't get it by the next day, they would send a replacement.  So, now that is on the way but "still processing."  This is so frustrating!  I am just tempted to cancel the one that is "processing."  Just ridiculous!

I think you are right!  My tote that has been "preparing" for seemingly forever finally shipped out of Buffalo yesterday (Friday) and is on its way.

 

It's scheduled to arrive a month after I placed the order. 🫤

 

I wouldn't have minded the delay, but it would have been nice to receive notice about that.

Yes, me too. I ordered a lug item on 7/21/22 and another on 7/29/22 (not the TSV). Both orders say in process, but then when you click on it, it says backordered. The one item has since been on the air again & nothing about backordered on advance.The product page for both items also shows in stock.  I called & emailed the social team & still nothing happening. They said they would "send a note to the warehouse", but I know that doesn't matter since shipping from the vendor. 

 

I don't want to cancel because those items match my other Lug items.

Lug bags are shipped from Canada. They will not show up on UPS or USPS tracking until they reach the US. They usually come in through Buffalo and then are shipped to their destination throughout the USA. If any of you have ordered Lug bags before, look at the tracking history; you'll note that Buffalo is the first place that shows up.

If it's any consolation, you will love it when it arrives 😍 Mine came last week and it's a home run in my opinion. What I'm waiting for is a purse charm that I ordered at the same time. I've gotten two messages from QVC that it's going to be delayed-no sh*t, Sherlock. I figured that out pretty quick

I am just very uncomfortable on an HONESTY level about a TSV where my money is taken right away and still, today, weeks later is sitting and waiting to be in the UPS systerm and no information is available.  Charging for it WHEN it actually ships  is one way to assure the customer.  To charge for it and be nonresponsive about where it is or when you will get it feels totally deceptive to me.

My TSV Lug bag has not been shipped yet either. I ordered  early before any sell outs and have had no movement yet. Wondering if QVC actually had the stock in their warehouses or if Lug  is holding thins up. I've never had a problem like this with Lug TSV's . QVC it would be respectful to your customers to send out emails stating there is a delivery issue on the TSV. We are reasonable people, please show your loyal custmers a bit of respect, - just saying Smiley Happy

Well, I never did get my Lug orders ^^. Spoke w/CS, sent em to social & all they said is it should ship soon. I waited another week & sent another email to social. They contacted the vendor, they cancelled my order on the 18th & then sent me an email saying "the vendor doesn't have my items in stock & can't fulfill the orders". So, I ordered them again but it shows as backordered. They are still "in stock" on the product page.

 

Very disapointed as I wanted all my stuff to match.
