Yes, Lug is a brand that ships from the vendor rather than QVC.  And my UPS tracking always originates from Buffalo.  It does take them longer than most other vendors to actually start moving, so I expect that.  

The weird thing with my orders this time is that along with the TSV, I ordered two other Lug items and they shipped out (and actually got moving) as normal.  But the TSV that I would have thought would be ready to go took forever to get going.

All that said, some of my orders are out for delivery today and all the others are actually (finally) in the tracking system and on their way.  And the even stranger thing is that today is my original estimated delivery date, so they're not even late.🤷‍♀️

I don't think the TSVs were advance order--some people received them in a timely manner since there have been reviews.  But something definitely held them up.  I'm just glad to finally be getting mine and I hope everyone else does too--eventually.🤞

 I didn't order the TSV that day, but did order the water bottle bag.. This morning while checking tracking there is a notice  saying uncontrollable events have delayed delivery. Maybe that's what is going on with LUG items ordered that day for some of us. It also said they are adjusting delivery plans.. Vague- but at least info sent to me.

My order was black rainbow also.  I agree that they should have told us we would not receive it for weeks.  TO WITHHOLD THAT INFORMATION IS A FORM OF DISHONESTY.  The information was deliberately withheld AND no one can tell us what is going on.  Like you Nada, this is it for me with LUG and more and more for QVC. 

I also am totally suspicious that the money was "taken" right away and it has now been NINE DAYS SINCE THE MONEY WAS TAKEN and NO WORD whatsoever on why it is not at UPS.

My TSV arrived and it's perfect!  I love it.  Size, pattern, features--everything.  It was worth the wait.

Just a note:  I noticed that my TSV had an additional sticker on the package with an internal bar code and a photo of the fabric pattern along with the bag and fabric pattern names.  None of my other Lug bags have (or had) this.  I'm wondering if this is something new within the Lug manufacturing system or just for this TSV, and whether it may have had something to do with so many bags being delayed.

One of my items just changed from Saturday delivery to next week due to "mechanical failure".  At the infamous Hodgkins IL hub.  

And the other order still out had just arrived at that hub and when I looked at the tracking just now, it had reverted back to "Order Processing"! 😵‍💫

Sounds to me like the "black rainbow" hasn't arrived from China !!!  Fine.  But why take the money.

I actually received a phone call from QVC today saying that the Lug tote I ordered would not be shipped until this Friday. That has never happened before so it must be a few that are delayed, I just would like it in time for the first day of school.

I hope everyone who is waiting gets theirs soon.
