Good God, how many times a year, or should I say month, do we need a TSV be a KitchenAid mixer?  be it a handheld, standing or even a cordless.  Gees QVC can't you come up with something else?

Well, if they didn't sell they wouldn't have them.

I think of it this way, all my local stores have rotational sales. One week it may be sheets, the next is blenders/mixers, the next will be cosmetics, etc. I rarely see new and exciting things. Businesses will not present items that don't bring them money.

I realize retailers show what sells. And a good KitchenAid can be a nice gift for some people. (Not for me, haha)

The thing I've noticed over the last 10 years (longer?) is that Q airs the same 12-20 products, or variations of, week after week, month after month, year after year.

Products have become stale and boring and I wonder how many people can recite the sales pitches. It's one reason I don't watch much anymore.

If they brought in a cordless, that would be an upgrade for me and I might be interested-

Don't laugh, I have a GE hand mixer that is 25 yrs old and I paid $10 for it ( new). It works perfectly!

I agree.  QVC's product line has gotten so boring.  I remember when I first started watching they had unique items that you didn't see everywhere.

This season's products are so lackluster.  That includes clothing.  All the designers seem to have the same "stuff".

It's vintage QVC. Everytime I've turned them on for lack of anything better to watch I've quickly turned away because it seems as though they just keep presenting the same handful of products (and brands) in an endless loop. The repetition seems worse than ever. As for them 'presenting what sells', then why are their financials so often tanking?

   The bad thing for the customer is that alot of these brands  won't allow their items to be sold at  lower prices. Back in the day when QVC used to have  20% off coupons  many brands were excluded .

There have been several items that had been TSV or special buys in the last yr that QVC has brought back . Guess alot of their stock was not sold.

I am hesitant to buy any big ticket  electronic or appliance from QVC since they only honor a 30 day  and leave you to  duke it out with the manufacturer .

@skatting44

They also offer an "extended warranty" from, I think ,Allstate ....and those warranites are mostly rip offs too....( covers parts that never break and the ones that do break aren't covered!!!)

But I agree with you...if you order one of these boat anchors and don't like or want it...they sent it "free shipping" (right) to YOU...but you have to pay to send it back...which is usually a lot today.....
