Also just so people know the kind of CoQ10 in the TSV is not the one that is bioavailable...your body must first break it down and as we age we lose this ability.  On the other thread I got this straightened out with the help of another helpful poster here!!  Ubiquinol is the ingredient to look for on the bottle....all the others are the cheaper hard to absorb kind.

My experience with the Essential One...bought it in the past from HSN and couldn't tolerate it.  Upset my stomach...took with food...just couldn't do it.  BUT I am a person that has issues with lot's of supplements and medications being super reactive.  You can always return the product.

I've been on auto delivery with HSN/Andrew Lessman's Complete vitamins for at least 10 years.  They work well for me but  I decided to invest in the TSV  on QVC  with the  added CoQ10  and cancelled my auto delivery with HSN.  I know that it will save me $ too !!

Does anyone know if AL supps are USP or NSF certified?

I couldn't find anything which would indicate that they are.

Thinking or ordering. The TSV price is great.

I believe that every adult should learn more about health supplements and nutrition. I have been a self-educated customer of Andrew Lessman's and Procaps Labs since 1998. I trust his quality control. I understand that his supplements may be the only ones (of which I am familiar) that do not include flow agents such as mineral stearates or vegetable stearates in the manufacturing process. (You could read about magnesium stearates and what it/they might do to your intestines.) I read that Co-Q10 would have been called a vitamin, but the body makes some of it. After the age of 25, the amount of Coenzyme Q10 that your body can make starts to decrease more and more. There are some medicines, such as statins, which further deplete one's CoQ10. I am now in my early 60's and I typically notice the days when I forget to take my CoQ10 (Procaps Labs). My husband and I also take many other supplements from Andrew including the Essential-One Multi-vitamins.I hope that this is helpful. Good luck.

Some people might choose the combined supplement so they don't have to take two or more capsules in order to have a multi-vitamin and the Co-Q10. If you compare the ingredients' lists, you will see that some amounts in the capsule are different between the two products in order to make room for the CoQ10. If I remember correctly, the beta carotene is one of the reduced items.

You should go on line and look at the lable for the amounts of milligrams for each ingredient. Many are way too high and unnecessary for folks to take.

I agree.  And then there are some they don't have enough and not worth the cost.  And then there are fillers that no one needs.    His supplements are way to expensive.  Just do some research and you can find a myriad of other products that cost much less and are just as effective.

AL does not use fillers in his products.

@April We pretty much do.  And no amount of pills will make up for not getting a lot of variety in your food.

And taking lots and lots of supplements can certainly be toxic and harmful too.  Ask any physician.

He pushes all these things not knowing the individual and whether they need it, at high doses and high cost--both of which things can be very harmful.

@SilleeMee  I haven't seen this listed on his products and I am sure if they were he would have those seals on there and even talk about them.  Wonder why he doesn't do that??
