My foot measures 10 3-4 inches long,I have never purchased Clarks what size do you suggest I get

I wear Clarks so I would suggest a size 11.

I order my regular size that I would get in any brand.   While I had never thought to get an exact measure of my foot, I just did it and mine is 9 3/4 inches or a size 9.

The next time that I hear salt and ice together, it better be in a margarita!

You should go to a shoe store and have your foot measured in their device. That would be the best.
