Leather is lush.

They are smaller than I imagined.

One came with the American Leather Co. tag, one did not.

First, others may love it

However, I have many handbags. A collector.

This one is not well made, pockets are short, zipper compartment inside is strangely small, outside zipper compartments are very small—best thing about it is soft leather.

Explains why the price is so reasonable.

Ah yes. It's those details that make the difference. Sounds like the price correctly reflected what you're getting. I personally prefer to pay more ((when I am able to) for higher quality. 

that said, the things you mentioned may not bother other people. There's a bag out there for everyone's taste and budget. 🤓

I'm looking forward to seeing it for myself. I know the other American Leather bag I had was very well made, just the strap was not for me. Hoping to love this one, when it finally gets here.

Mine arrived yesterday, earlier than what I was told. I was pretty much not excited about the quality. Glad I didn't pay full price, it would've gone back. I got tooled, I know for certain the smooth leather wouldn't have been what I wanted. This line is a yawn for me.

I received my bag two days ago.  I got the tooled and like the look very much.  I appreciate the weight of this bag as is it light.  Also, like that the strap stays on my shoulder and is comfortable to wear.  

I do agree it could have more orgainzation, would have liked another outside pocket but do like the two zipper compartments on the side.  It was worth the price for me but I would not have bought at regular price.

Well according to the tracking info, mine had a shipping label printed 5 days ago but ups still doesn't have the pkg. Its supposed to be here in 3 days. I got a bad feeling.
