Almost 3 pounds of Chicken for $70

          Price gouging at it's finest.

No wonder CEO's make so much

@hopi.  You pay dearly for the convenience of having someone else cook it, pack it in dry ice and fly it to you.  If you're willing to spend money for that, it's not price gouging, it's luxury spending.

Pricey, yes.  Gouging, no.  QVC is not the only place to purchase chicken bites.

Price gouging?  No.  There is no natural disaster where you can only buy chicken from QVC.   That would be price gouging.

Like others have mentioned, you pay for convenience.

@hopi Not everyone can dash off to a local grocery store or restaurant for items like this. For those who choose to pay for this service and for good food -- it is a fair price, not price gouging.

@hopi  No doubt, its pricey.  Price gouging, no.  That is why I buy my cutlets at the supermarket and cook them myself.  And then, I don't have to worry about the ingredients.

If you all think $16.40 for a pound of uncooked breaded chicken nuggets is a decent price than you really deserve to pay for it.   No wonder Corporations are confused why the rest of the U.S. is complaining about the high price of food.

No one said it wasn't pricey.  They all said it is not price gouging which is what you called it.   Also, it was pointed out that not everyone can get out and shop or has quality stores nearby, so there is a convenience and shipping materials factor there too.
