Affinity Ring question

The TSV is $999 and the item below is $100 less. Is there a significant difference? They are the same carat weight

The TSV has 5 stones, the other has more.  So the diamonds in TSV would each be larger.  But total carat weight is the same.

Larger stones brings in a larger price. If you went to buy a 1 carat diamond and compared it to the same quality stone but it weighed slightly under 1 carat the 1 carat would cost more.
