Very true and it made a mess of the model with short hair last night even with "the expert" using it.

@smoochy   lol - most likely as many times as buyers pick them up by the thousands in the unending search for the perfection many buyers see in the newest tool, colors, etc.  I'm out of that search -  my only regret is that I didn't buy Ulta stock a few years ago.

If you look at the demonstrations, the curl will probably fall out within the hour. It doesn't look like it does anything worthwhile. How would you use it in the back of your head, it would be almost impossible to wrap it. Not a good idea.

Brands repeat the same mold a hundred times over.  Monotonous, but I guess enough customers are buying.

I fortunately have short hair that I look good in and is low maintenance.  When I see various products for the hair that are expensive, before I bought all those products, I would invest in a good quality wig.

What also aggravates me are the specials of products some of us are unfamiliar with.  Cosmetics, skin care, etc. sold in sets of two.  I know you can always send back if you are disappointed,  but I am not about to lay out that much money for something I have never tried.  Why not put one on sale?  Silly me!  Strange that they don’t offer a few samples once in a while when they ship an order.
