I ordered one in  *Black*  for a Christmas gift for someone special.

I  have had an Amazon Echo/ALEXA for a few months and am quite  impressed.

I ordered one in Oct.  Received on the 24th.  It was $10 more than this one-identical package.  CS will not make a price adjustment.  I cannot get it to work, either.

Amazon has awesome tech support for Alexa.  Give them a call!  They'll help you or at least help you determine whether or not there's a problem with your unit.

  Those set of 2 light switches, to turn your lights on & off are cheaper on Amazon only $49.99 for Prime members, instead of the QVC price of $79.95.  Also on Amazon you can get just one for $29.95.  Now on the device itself QVC does have the best price.
