I'm tempted with the Olaplex. I've used No. 6 for a couple years and it gives my very dry hair moisture and calms it down a bit. Haven't used any other product from the line so will be considering this. It's an expensive line so this price seems to be all right, but 3 oz of shampoo is pretty small. I'd be afraid I'd love it and have to pay their prices.

The Olaplex TSV isn't a super deal, the #4 and #5 (shampoo and conditioner) are very small, 3.3 ounce, not the 8.5 ounce sizes.

Regarding the ring; how is it endless if the stones are only on the very front of the ring? It seems they want it to sound like they are offering an eternity band.

Regarding the shampoo, I agree the price isn't great. I buy the shampoo and conditioner at my salon, I'm not really interested in the weekly product they are selling with it.

I disagree. The supersize Olaplex #3 sells for $56 at the site where I get my color and it's not even currently available in that size. The smaller size which would be the size of the shampoo in this kit sells for $28. 5.2 oz. of the #0 sells for $28. The 3.3 oz Shampoo and Conditioner are a little less than half the 8.5 oz that sells for $28, so say $10 each. That adds up to $104. You might be able to find it cheaper elsewhere like Amazon, but that is one product I really don't trust Amazon not to have counterfeit prodcuts for since it is such a popular product. Of course, I would get free S/H at that site, but I still consider it a good deal.

And, up until very recently, I wasn't even able to get these products on the site. Last time I ordered color, I was only able to get the #1 & #2 in single use packets. Those are used as part of the coloring process, and a single use packet was $17. A small set of #1 & #2 that looks rather like travel sizes sells for $130. Of course, you won't see those on QVC since they are meant to be used by a professional just like my color.

I have never even used the shampoo and conditioner and am not even sure I will, and for me it's still a good deal, as much for the fact that I can actually get the products as it is the price. If I don't get them due to shipping problems, QVC will have to refund me and I won't be out anything.

What doesn't make sense is the #0 and #3 are the large sizes and they're meant to be used once per week. The Shampoo and Conditioner , #4 and #5 are meant to be used every other day and are they're in the small sizes, 3 oz.. All this according to their presentation. It seems completely backwards.

I'm tempted to try the Olaplex set. My hair is just impossible. Super porous, no density, no elasticity, wiry texture, frizzes immediately when I'm outside in any level of humidity, I was a Wen user for many years, but now that it's gray, the texture is even worse than before.

I've been trying different high end products (Wow, dream coat, goldwell, Bumble, yikes...), but so far have not found anything that works the way I hoped. It's just my hair, I guess. I probably need a full salon keratin treatment to change it- I once got one and it was truly amazing. That stuff fills in the cuticle and actually changed my hair into pretty hair! Not sure if I should add this set to my failed collection... But I don't wanna completely give up! Have a great day! 💕🌹

I am going to try it. I had a bleaching incident a few weeks ago so headbands and hats are my foreseeable future. My stylist sold me a bunch of stuff from the salon and recommended I add these products in as well.
