I ordered the Denim & Co TSV, A299111 French terry jacket, on Dec. 27.  Today (12/31) I received an email stating it has shipped.  How can it possibly take 4 days to process?  

I like a lot of QVCs products but worry they will go out of business if they cannot keep up with vendors like Amazon and Zappos.

Don't worry about Q going out of business. I'm guessing with all the sales they've been having it's taking a bit longer to fill orders. I'm betting you'll get your item soon

I ordered several thing during the sales, and it shipped very fast, some the next day.  Maybe they were trying to get that out fast so we couldn't cancel.

My Christmas shipping experience was the same as @Kachina624.

Q verged on being stellar with fast processing and shipping.

Maybe they aren't running at full capacity with employees because of the holidays.

I had super fast shipping prior to though.  I ordered a top on 12/26 that I received today already.  Given the weekends and holidays, I am very pleased. That same day I ordered a pair of boots that will be here tomorrow.  Not sure why both shipped on the same day, both were given to USPS for delivering but one was delivered and the other wasn't.

But then I ordered 2 items on 12/30 and both are still in process.
