@barrel racer, I have many, and they're still going strong. That said, they are plastic containers.

 

You might get some ice crystals. No biggie. These are only airtight so far as allowing no new air in, but there is some air to begin with.

 

If airtight is what you want, then get a foodsaver. Personally, I'm fine with L&L.

Has anyone else not received their order? I am sooo mad! I placed my orders around lunch time so felt that was earlier enough to guarantee I would get my order, well as of today I am now told mine is on back order!!! Just great! These were gifts that I now won’t be able to give! I don’t know why QVC does this!! Very frustrating!! Ugh!
