I purchased a baking set on QVC, and a glass lid cracked on the set. I need to replace so I sent an email to the company and they will not reply. Do you have a suggestion? Have you gotten a reply?

I called them once somehow got a number and they were very nice. Stood behind their product after a baking dish cracked and sent me a new one. Maybe do some searches and find the number or maybe someone else knows it.

Thanks, I filled out the form on the site, but did not get a reply. Will try to call tomorrow if no reply this time.
