I can only assume that her guests would be spending more than $50 for a shower gift and she can afford to spend whatever she wants for her baby - whether it's mink lined baby blankets, or  designer onesies.  So if she really wanted a party for her baby - and we all like parties - why couldn't she be more of a mensch (s person of integrity) and ask her guests that the only gifts she wants is for everyone to make a donation to a specific charity such as one for children or Planned Parenthood or ...........  If only!  But we are talking Kardashian aka me, me, me, me!  An opportunity missed!
