One, or perhaps both, of my clever children gave me a set of 8 Mel Brooks treasures on CD SEVERAL years ago, and I cherish EACH of them (oh yeah, the kids too of course) and I’m sure this particular thread has appeared just now for a very personal reason in my life.

Thanks for the heads up. This is possibly my favorite Mel Brooks movie and it doesn't get the credit it deserves.

Actually  the history of the world is also on and silent movie next week.the best of mel brooks.I always remember the only one who spoke in silent movie was marcel marsoul the mime.
