Mattie Walker to Ned Racine in Body Heat:   "you're not too smart are you?   I like that in a man".

He should have known he was in trouble right then.

Right genre.  Wrong movie.  This is a Godfather quote.

From Nigel Terry and Anthony Hopkins in The Lion in Winter:

John: Poor John. Who says poor John? Don't everybody sob at once! My God, if I went up in flames there's not a living soul who'd pee on me to put the fire out!

Richard: Let's strike a flint and see.

From Goldie Hawn's Protocol, "'I guess it's one of those gay-Arab- biker-sushi bars.''

The movie wasn't that good, but this line has stayed in my head ever since I saw it way back when.

So many good lines, it's difficult to choose one (same as with All About Eve, Some Like It Hot and Auntie Mame)

I'm vilifying you, for God's sake — pay attention!

Hush dear, mother's fighting.

I'd hang you from the nipples, but you'd shock the children.

Kings, queens, knights everywhere you look and I'm the only pawn. I haven't got a thing to lose - that makes me dangerous.

Re: funniest line in a movie

There also is a very funny line in "Midnight Cowboy " Dustin Hoffman plays "Rozzo Rizzo" and he is getting crippled from being so sick and he is walking acrossed the street with "Jon Voights" character and traffic is not corroporating with them and "Dustin Hoffmans " character yells out to the traffic "Hey I'm walking here"
